Do you own or rent?
If you own your home, do you have to sell before buying?
What's motivating you?
Do you know a lot about the area you wish to move to? Do you have family/friends living there already?
i.e. proximity to work, acreage, safety, or great schools...
Can you work remotely?
What are your hobbies? What are you passionate about?
Are you a ...


i.e. single story, pool, large kitchen, gas, outdoor entertaining...
What kind of houses would you be willing to see?
What style home appeals to you the most?
How much renovation would you be willing to do?
Include total of full and half baths desired.
(Please don't forget to list me as your REALTOR when purchasing your new home!)
If considering a new home build, do you already own land?
(This can be an approximation.)
Will you be paying cash or financing?
Is your new home purchase contingent on selling your current one?
If buying, enter price range of homes; if renting, enter amount of monthly rent.
Do you have any known credit issues?
Please answer yes if you feel you have anything that might affect qualifying for a home loan or apartment.
Please list anything here that you feel might affect your qualification. This could include low credit scores, home(s) in forbearance, imminent job loss or other loss of income. I have lenders I work with who can help you.
