Bluffs on the Guadalupe – 155 acre, luxury single-family home community to include 242 homesites, with 26 one-acre sites along the Guadalupe: https://herald-zeitung.com/community_alert/article_cf03d7d0-1d97-11ec-8616-dfd7b242d1eb.html
Solms Landing – Initially this community was supposed to have 60 single-family homes, farm-house style, but more recently, (as of September 2021), will also include 117 two-bedroom cottages ranging anywhere from 875 – 1,379 sq. ft¹. Lawn maintenance will be included with community fees. One thing that makes this community different, especially in New Braunfels, is the allowance of short-term rentals. Community members will also have access to an indoors farmer’s market and office building.
Vintage Oaks – This community is largely sold out, however, with boots on the ground, there may be some homes under construction and lots available. In our crazy market, this changes daily, so be sure to contact me.
